Gigabyte GA-H97-Gaming 3 DSDT

Greeting Everyone !

Im having an issue with my hackintosh build .. everything works fine except the usb ports !

my motherboard is Gigabyte GA-H97-Gaming 3, it has 9 usb ports but it only recognise 4 ports !!

i tried many solutions but nothing .. so i was hoping of someone could help me to built a dsdt file to fix the issue !

Audio Card: RealTek ALC1150
GPU: Nvidia GTX 960
CPU: Intel Core i7-4790
