GA-X97-HD3 DSDT and other files

Hey guys.

I successfully installed yosemite with chimera on my spec:
Gigabyte GA-X97-HD3
i5 4690k
GTX 470

but I have some slow reboot problems and wanted to try clover installation. Even after copying faksmc to /efi/clover/ I get unable to find driver for this platform ACPI kernel panic.

Could someone share their dsdt, kext and other files on same mobo? I tried to compile my own dsdt but without success:/ Errors everywhere.

I've got an GA-Z97-HD3 (with an i5-4460 and Powercolor R9 280x) installed via Clover and would appreciate this too!
