I have previously done a DSDT-free driver install using MultiBeast and everything worked fine except I couldn't wake up out of sleep. Am I correct in assuming that a fixed DSDT file should fix that issue?

Now, what I currently have is a clean install of 10.9.4 with the GraphicsEnabler flag set to yes and I have exported the DSDT file using MaciASL. Also, I'm using the patched 2.30 bios and bios settings that have been recommended previously on this forum for this motherboard.

I'm hoping someone (MiniITX) can help me with patching my DSDT file. Thanks.

Thank you. I hate to be a bother, but can I trouble you once more? I updated my bios to a patched 231A version instead of patched 230. My fresh DSDT file is attached.

Are you sure about the latest BIOS? does it support native power management?

I modified the 231 BIOS rom myself so that it'll support native power management using the instructions linked from this site: https://biosrepo.wordpress.com/2013/01/19/simple-way-to-patch-your-own-bios/

As far as I can tell the behavior I'm experiencing with 231 is exactly the same as 230. The main reason I upgraded is because the bootup image for 231 is pretty slick looking in comparison with 230. That and I have an abnormal need to always be using the latest and greatest, heh.

However, after all this and trying your DSDT patches both with the 230 bios and 231 bios, I'm not even able to get the computer to go to sleep.

Just a little more background on my bios settings:
Advanced\North Bridge Configuration
Primary Graphics Adapter > PCI Express
Share Memory > Auto
Render Standby > Disabled

Advanced\South Bridge configuration
Deep Sleep > Enabled in S5

Advanced Storage Configuration
SATA Mode > AHCI
Hard disk SMART > Enabled

ADvanced\Super IO config > Serial Port - Disable

Advanced ACPI conf
Suspend to RAM > Disabled
ACPI HPET Table > Enabled
RTC Alarm power on > by OS

My MultiBeast settings are attached in a screenshot. Note that I had to use the DropSSDT=Yes setting otherwise I receive a "P-State Stepper Error 18 at Step 2" which was then followed by a AppleIntelCPUPowerManagement error. I'm not sure if thats entirely normal.

Not sure why you are not able to put the computer to sleep, bios settings seems to be fine.

Have you tried sleep without the DSDT in extra folder?

Does your cpu has builtin HD3000? If yes suggest try sleep by disconnecting the GPU..

No, it has the HD2000, which isn't supported afaik.

Try the attached DSDT.
