ASUS P6X58D-E Help

I'm trying to run Mavericks 10.9.2 on this system:

Asus P6X58D-E bios 0803
Xeon L5640
Gigabyte GT640
Samsung 840 EVO

A cloned OS X system work without problem, but I am not able to get sleep/shutdown working. The fan are always spinning.

Another problem is the Marvel sata with AHCI enabled. I can't get ssd full speed, only around 300 MB/s, that's not so good. Is it possible to get full speed with this chipset?

I've a stable system with sound and sleep working. Attached there is the working DSDT.
Anyway I have a problem with the Apple trackpad, every now and then it becomes unstable and the pointer jumps over the screen.

I'm using this Belkin adapted connected to an USB2 port:
