You can create your own DSDT and SSDT using MaciASL.

the problem that i don't have mac os at all i have only window 8 and i try to use AIDA64 Extreme Edition to make my own one but i have around 6 SSDT files and 1 DSDT file and no one work from them with me (((
i use clover bootloader with mavericks bootable usb everytime i have this erroe (smcReadKeyAction ERROR TC0H kSMCBadArgumentError(0x89) i believe that this is about DSDT and SSDT , i try many time to instal it but just only one time its instal with me after i restart its again the same problem (((
Are you using the Unibeast installation method for installing Mavericks?

If possible, try to use Unibeast install method found here.

Sorry not able to help with Clover, which the only advantages are booting with UEFI. Does your system utilize UEFI? Not sure about Dells/OEM.

My thoughts are that you install OS X first, restart, then boot again from installer to you new OS X Installation partition, where you can use MaciASL to obtain your System DSDT.
Edit: you mentioned that you were able to extract DSDT from Windows using AIDA64 Extreme Edition, please attach.
This error is probably related to the FakeSMC.kext, not your DSDT nor SSDT
Since you have UEFI, your system doesn't even require a DSDT to boot, so the chances that DSDT is causing the problem is not likely. I recommend that you look more into how you created the installer.
I'm confused as to how you created your installer, since you have no access to a system with OS X.
