Craig,

It should be possible to use your hardware to install Mavericks. I suggest that you determine the actual model of your motherboard and BIOS revision and use the search facility to find further details on the process for your hardware.

You will need to find someone with a Mac or PC Mac running OSX on hardware that will use Mavericks to be able to create your own installer on that hardware. See the Mavericks guide for further information.

You will be able to find a whole host of information quite easily with a little familiarity in the site.

Good luck

All I know is that I have an Asus Essentio M11AA-US003Q. CPU-Z only tells show me a list of Asus model with the same motherboard. It their another way to find out what the motherboard model number is?

You can have a look at the actual motherboard its self and see if there is a model number listed. My hunch is that it is not a retail board that has already been used but rather one that Asus have manufactured themselves for this range of computers. You may well need to create your own DSDT to get it running.

Use 'Asus H61' as a search term in the search option top right of your screen and see what sort of requirements many of these boards needed to run OSX.

Asus Essentio does not yield a great deal of information on its own:

If you can get the Mavericks installer created on a compatible machine then at least you can try a few things out.

I found it hiding under my GPU. The Motherboard is an ASUS p8H61-M Pro. Bio is American Megatrends Inc version 0704 17.04.2013. I will update this thread after installation to confirm everything worked ok.

Pretty confident that you have already done this :

American Megatrends Inc. BIOS setup will have been covered in earlier guides like this one:
