I recommend the Rosewill adapter. It has the same OOB performance as the TP-Link equivalent PCIe card, both of which are recommended in the tonymacx86 Buyer's Guide. (I have four of the Rosewill and two of the TP-Link PCIe Wireless cards and can't tell the performance difference.)

So, save yourself some money, get the Roswill.

Yes, in a heart beat. This wifi card is pre-build and works OOB. I get 400-450 Mbps over my wireless network all the time.

However, I believe the sale is over, so you'll have to wait for the next sale.
