Surprisingly, the majority of up-to-date MoBos recommended for hackintoshing have only got a single internal 20-pin USB 3.0 connector. I need at least two of those - one for 2xUSB 3.0 ports built into the front side of the case, and another for combo card reader.
So which of the available cheap (under $20) PCI-E USB 3.0 controllers work best with OSX? I would even prefer the card without outward-looking USB ports, internal 20-pin connector would be enough.
I've looked around ebay/aliexpress, and the majority of sellers do not provide any info on the chipset used.
Has anybody got any recommendations on the described item?
