I have an old build I'd like to revive. Here are the specs:

  • Intel i7-2600k
  • ??? (Old one is Asus P8P67 Rev 3.1)
  • Gigabyte GTX 960 G1 Gaming
  • 250GB 850 EVO for OS X
  • 2TB Hitachi Deskstar for home folder
  • 120GB OCZ Vertex 3 for Windows (10?)
  • Yosemite 10.10
  • Case is switching to a Corsair Carbide 330R Blackout Edition
  • Wireless card is a D-Link DWA-556, but I might switch to TP-LINK TL-WDN4800 if necessary
  • Two monitors (DVI)
What would give me the least issues with Yosemite? My old one used to give audio, bluetooth, or ethernet issues with every update.
Also, would it be necessary to switch out the wireless card? I remember getting the DWA-556 because it used to work OoB with OS X, but I saw some threads that might indicate that's not the case anymore.
Thanks!

Edit: Looks like we can't delete threads, but if anyone is wondering, I'll probably go with the
GA-Z77X-UD5H. That, or I'll switch to a current processor/motherboard, but I'd really like to keep the 2600k, so I'm looking for a GA-Z77X-UD5H.
