Hello,
I am new to this forum. I am thinking of building a Hackintosh to replace my current computer from 2008.

I will be using the computer for gaming, School work, App Development, Photoshop, Maya, CAD and many more. I will be using a 120GB SSD for my OS and a separate 1TB Western Digital Black HDD for storage. I will also be running Windows (gaming) and Linux on a separate WD Black HDD.

I would like to know if my parts are compatible since this is my first build.

I realize that the mother board has not released yet and will change this if it is not compatible. To my understanding, the
Asus Maximus VI Formula was compatible.

I also know that SLI cannot be done in a hackintosh but this is for gaming in windows...

So do you think these parts are OK for my needs?
After some research, I think these parts are compatible with each other and with OS X. However I would like some advice. I am sorry if I have not followed any rule regarding this forum. Thank You in advance.

SLI is not supported on mac, just get a 770 or something. Otherwise it looks fine (I like your cooling by the way).
EDIT: The Maximus VII formula hasn't been proven on this forum, I don't know about anywhere else

This looks pretty similar to my build, except I'll will get a GTX 780 since you're bottlenecking the CPU a little otherwise, I got an GA Z87X and went with the Corsair H110 in a Bitfenix Ronin (from which I will now switch to the h440 due to the fact, that Bitfenix Support lied to my and the h110 only fits if you drill in your case :D)

Otherwise: Solid build, consider, that the effectivity of the Corsair h100 might be limited by the relatively bad airflow in this case, so you might wanna have it seating in the front, especially when OC'ing this beauty of a CPU

Best regards!

I have almost all the same parts for my build. It works fine and boots up in safe mode using the -x command. The only problem is when I try to boot up the computer without the -x it gets stuck at the Apple logo and the spinning wheel.
