Is my current PC spec can work with Maverick?

My current spec is

INTEL I7-3770K 3.50 GHz
ASROCK Z77 EXTREME4
Innovision GTX680 2GB (V) PCIe Over Clock
KINGSTON HYPER-X 4/1600 CL9
WD 1 TB BLACK FAEX 64 MB
SEASONIC M12II 750 BRONZE
SILVER ARROW SB-E

Can it work with Maverick, And I'll upgrade RAM Soon maybe up to 16GB.

The motherboard is the key factor; try searching this website for your motherboard model, but you'll probably need workarounds to get yours (non-Gigabyte) working if it is possible.

Will work, but requires a BIOS patch to unlock MSR for powermanagement. Without patch, NullCPU kext is required or you get KP on boot.
Also, audio works, but you need a network card - the onboard Broadcom NIC is not compatible with OS X.
