Hi, I've just got second rig which is the exact copy of my main (fully working) CustoMac.
The only difference is BIOS version.

Main CustoMac - F7
New CustoMac - F9 (updated to F10)

With F7 I can boot using UniBeast method.
With F9 and F10 I get instant kernel panic in "unsupported CPU" type.

My motherboard is Gigabyte GA-H87M-D3H.

Is there anyone who has F7 or F6 version and will share?

Thank you!
I got F7 BIOS but both EFIFLASH and Q-Flash doesn't allow me to perform downgrade...

I downgraded BIOS using fpt flashing tool from:

You can find any Gigabyte BIOS/UEFI/Firmware you like on russian gigabyte's ftp server.
Use FileZilla with anonymous account to connect to
ftp://download.gigabyte.ru and you'll be surprised how much you can find there.

Finally I discovered that I can boot with UniBeast stick from any BIOS version using UniBeast 3.0.1 and latest Mavericks installer, but using UniBeast 4.0.2, F9/F10 BIOS and latest installer ends up with KP.

I have the same board as you and I'm on F10 and os x installation has been smooth. Do you have VT-d disabled already? Have you tried installing on Intel 's on-board GPU to see if it makes a difference?
