i7-3770 ivy bridge quad core 3.4GHz (3.9GHz turbo)
Corsair vengeance pro 8gb x 4 1866mhz ( all removed but 1 )

I've already made the boot up USB and changed my bios
sata to ahci
boot priority to disk drive
optimized defaults

I can't find where to change the "HPET to 64bit"
and I read to change your bios to ACHI mode and can't find that either
also my wifi go card still is in however the antenna can be unplugged I don't know if that will still affect the motherboard

Please help thanks
is this compatible as is?

i can see the Mac Apple start up page then it just goes white or black
thanks Cameron

OKAY you should read up on BIOS patching and locked MSR. I own a P8Z77M-Pro and use an i7-3770K with it. I found that I had to use the PMPatch utility and the reflash the BIOS. After that the installation of OS X was without incident. The system is now running Mavericks 10.9.3 and is OC to 4.2GHz.

There are other ways around the locked MSR issue but in my book the BIOS patch is the way to go.

Good modding,
neil
