Well, sort of on TV. The gang at TWiT, a net cast studio headquartered in Petaluma, California, has posted a new episode of "Know How." This episode is a walk through of setting up a hackintosh based on the GA-z77x-up5 TH and GTX 670. The show talks about the UniBeast and MulitBeast methods developed by Tonymacx86.com and is a great starting point for someone just getting started. A previous episode walks through installing the hardware also, I highly recommend checking it out, and all the other shows they produce, including Tech News Today, This Week in Computer Hardware, This Week in Tech, and MacBreak Weekly, to name a few. www.twit.tv is the URL. It's all free, including live audio/video broadcasts and on-demand streaming and downloading.

Podcast on how to make a Hackintosh

The Know How podcast (part of the TWiT network) with Iyaz Akhtar and Leo Laporte, recently did an episode on making a Hackintosh. Tonymacx86.com was referenced for most of the steps through the episode. This is also btw, how I was turned on to this site and the idea that making my own Hackmini would be a viable option.

You can watch the episode here:

It was so nice to have a computer show that was fun and I learned so much,
It was all most as good as here. LOL

The tonymac method is totally safe once you do you're homework. I even use this build as my main machine for everyday computing. Zero problems...until I start messing around in certain places :p. I have the power I desired at a price that was easy on the wallet as well as the freedom to customize my computer piece by piece at will.

Mad props to Tony, the Staff and the community at-large!

<standing ovation>
