Since i spent a lot of time trying to figure out what was wrong with my audio on my hackwell build and after more than 100 restarts i finally figured it out and im gonna share it with the rest.
This is my personal experience and might not work for everybody im just sharing what i found out.

First of let me explain what was wrong with my onboard sound:
1) instant mute-unmute aka jack detection problem.
2) sound stops after a couple of mins playing flash videos
3) no sound after wake.
4) Mic sounding like a robot after a couple of mins using skype

They are all related to cpu power management. So i started testing different system definitions:

1) MacPro3.1 audio without interruptions but it also gave me the jack detection problem
2) MacPro6.1 same as MacPro3.1
3) iMac14.2 sound interruptions + wrong jack detection + no sound after wake
....etc

After a lot of testing i found one combination that actually solved ALL my problems.
I used iMac14,2 but with the FrequencyVectors of MacBookPro11,3 (Mac-2BD1B31983FE1663.plist)
This combination also gave me one extra Pstate 8. (17) .35.36.37.38.39

If you still get the jack detection bug (haswell thing) you can try and change the rear green output device from "speaker" to "line out" the location from "unknown" to "back" and the port from "internal" to "jack" in the pin config like i did

The reason no one responding - no one could figure out what you did or meant, possibly due to logical errors in you statements:
>"3) iMac14.2 sound interruptions + wrong jack detection + no sound after wake....etc"
>"I used iMac14,2 but with the FrequencyVectors or MacBookPro11,3 (Mac-2BD1B31983FE1663.plist)
This combination also gave me one extra Pstate 8. (17) .35.36.37.38.39"

You contradict first statement with the latter one. It is possible you meant:
"I used iMac14,2 but with the FrequencyVectors OF MacBookPro11,3 (Mac-2BD1B31983FE1663.plist)
This combination also gave me one extra Pstate 8. (17) .35.36.37.38.39"

Yet, there is still contradiction in claim of correct power management solves problems, because of iMac 14,2 only has 3 power states: 8, 35, 39 by the specs. If you use clover - this is only states you would get. Chimera would generate more CPU states than iMac should handle, and moving FrequencyVectors from MBP would make even more CPU states outside specs.

I had issue with sound after sleep on 10.9.2 only. So I just rollback to 10.9.1 from backup and it is working for me for now. Although FaceTime would not be able to connect calls due to certificate expiration (updated by 10.9.2), but I am not using it on desktop anyway.

What do you mean by cpu states outside specs? I have seen many ppl getting way more states with the same cpu and a different board.
Never mind, I was referring to Apple limiting iMac to 3 CPU powers states only - kind of silly. Hopefully 10.9.3 will fix sound issues. I would drag on 10.9.1 for a while...

BTW, I read AppleHDA from 10.8.5 is working (MB for mountain lion) on 10.9.2 without any issues.

It does work but not without issues, still better than the one from 10.9.2.
The best way to reproduce the sound glitches, would be to extract an iso or to open 10 video tabs from youtube.
Doesn't matter which browser im using or flash version.Im getting the same exact problems in 10.8.5.
