MultiBeast, the ultimate post-installation utility, has been updated to version 6.0 for OS X Mavericks. It's been completely rewritten from the ground up as a native OS X application. As well as the many design changes, we've also included new 10.9 AppleHDA audio drivers, Haswell iMac smbioses, automatic serial number generation and special fixes relevant to OS 10.9 Mavericks.

Please make sure to read the documentation provided in the MultiBeast Features document and at MultiBeast.com for all install locations and details. You can download the latest version at tonymacx86.com/downloads.

Please do not upload or redistribute MultiBeast to any other sites.

  • MultiBeast is now a Cocoa application with new workflow and usage
  • Changed default Boot.plist to GraphicsEnabler=No and added IGPEnabler=Yes for EasyBeast, User DSDT and DSDT Free
  • Changed Customize -> Boot Options -> GraphicsEnabler=No to GraphicsEnabler=Yes to reflect new default

  • Added Drivers -> Audio -> Realtek ALCxxx -> With DSDT -> ALC1150
  • Added Drivers -> Audio -> Realtek ALCxxx -> Without DSDT -> ALC1150

  • Changed Drivers -> Network -> Realtek - Lnx2Mac's RealtekRTL81xx v0.0.90 to install release version by default
