iOS 8 is Now Available for Download

Apple has just released iOS 8. Get it now through iTunes or Software Update on the following devices:

• iPhone 4s or later
• iPad 2 or later
• iPad mini or later
• iPod touch (5th gen)

I'm trying to download it in iTunes my hackintosh and official macbook doesn't see it keeps saying iOS 7.1.2 any ideas?

don't know if its my internet playing up but the links seem to be broken for Apple TV 3 and iPhone 5s GSM

Try downloading direct to your device in Software Update - Just tried on my iPad 4 and it's available.

the direct links are working now they're downloading for appleTV and iPhone 5s GSM and it won't download over OTA i.e Software update in Setting General Software update ill just do it manually

I have a 16GB iPad 4. I had to delete apps to get to the required 5.8GB free to allow the download and installation. Easy to add back after the installation, but a pain nevertheless.

taking forever to download tho on my hackintosh

Still debating whether or not to upgrade my 4s to iOS8 . my iPad 4 64gb is doing ota through software update and it said its only taking 1.1GB of space don't know if I believe that or not as its taking 15min to download
