Clover won't start Yosemite installation? *Please Help*

I heard clover was supposed to fix some of my many issues with my Unibeast/Multibeast installation of OS X Yosemite, so I decided to try it out.

I have the boot drive set up exactly how the tutorial says to ( http://www.tonymacx86.com/yosemite-desktop-guides/144426-how-install-os-x-yosemite-using-clover.html )

When I get to the boot screen, I choose the drive called "Boot OS X Install from OS X Install OS X Yosemite"but then nothing happens. It goes to the apple logo and loads for about 30 seconds, then my monitor shuts off and my computer stays on. Nothing else happens. Please help!

Did you edit the config.plist to match your hardware?
Did you add the required kexts for your hardware + FakeSMC.kext and NullCPU kext to the kexts folder for 10.10? Did you have a DSDT to put in ACPI->patched folder?

I have an Nvidia Geforce GTX 780 and that is the config I am using. I have the proper kexts in the 10.10 folder and my motherboard is supposed to be DSDT free...

Thanks for replying btw:D
Add -v to clover boot flags, boot and post pic of where it stops - you may have to boot several times to "capture the moment" right before it black screens on you.

Are you using nv_disable=1 boot flag?

I am painfully new to clover so I will have to look up how to add boot flags. Sorry for belated response. I will try some stuff now:thumbup:

I booted in Verbose mode and got no errors but when it finished loading the screen cut to black and then my monitor shut off. Same results in safe mode. I am pretty sure I have it set up correctly because I have retried completely several times now:crazy:

It's been a few weeks since I last posted and I am still having the same problems with clover as I had at first. I have launched in safe mode and verbose mode, still no luck.

*PLEASE HELP IF YOU KNOW HOW!!!*

Thanks<3

Try boot to BIOS and set first init display to PCIe

This is al I can think of to try. If booting -v gets you all the way to DSMOS has arrived and it blank screens after that it is a graphics problem. GTX780 should work OOB, but it is always possible you do not have a reference card and the difference is causing it not to work.

Ok thanks for the suggestions. If setting initial display to PCIe doesn't work, is there a way to set GraphicsEnabler=No in clover? I didn't see it before but I will check again.
It is not in Clover as GE=Yes or GE=No.
In the graphics section is inject nNidia true or inject nVidia false

inject nVidia false is same as GE=No
