I'm trying to update my Yosemite install after the latest update and Multibeast is no longer providing me the option to select "RT ALCxxx > Optional EFI Installed Bootloader Support", it's greyed out. I've deselected Chimera under the boot loaders option yet the EFI option remains greyed. Am I missing something?

Hi there. I'm new to the Mac OS environment, but have decided to build a Hackintosh on an Intel NUC that I purchased last year. I'm having issues with trying to get UniBeast to complete the boot image on a USB drive. The USB device is a 32 GB PNY USB 3.0. I've looked at other forum posts and the general "rules" for using UniBeast...

Hi, I have been trying to get Unibeast to load Yosemite into a 32GB USB, however hours and hours on end it has remained on Completing install. I have left it in for at least 9 hours, overnight. Any help on why this would be happening? I've also tried to boot from the USB like that, however the boot just shows a forward slash that flashes....

Hi. I am attempting to use UniBeast 5.1 with Yosemite. I am running it on a 2012 MacBook Air. I have tried using 3 different flash drives. All the files get copied, but it gets stuck on "Completing Install." It never says that the installation is finished or that it failed. It just gets stuck here. If I check ~/Library/Logs/UniBeast.log I...

Will Chimera bootloader work with the Gigabyte UEFI Bios? I am not sure, and I feel that Clover might be too complicated for a first time. The motherboard is the Gigabyte Z97X-SLI. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello! I just installed OS X Yosemite on my laptop Asus K55VD and works perfect! I only have a problem with the boot... With my USB Chimera booteable works good, but when I install Chimera (With MutliBeast and with chimera 4.01 alone) and unplug the USB the system can't wake up. http://prius.hitachi.co.jp/support/faq/image/104799_01.gif ...

Is there any hope this will ever be fixed? The last many versions behave this way on my hack. I'm on 10.9.3. Everything else works swimmingly.
